Range of Support
Our Community Food Shop now offers a range of support on rotation. This is includes Citizens Advice, Family Hub, Sutton Mental Health and CV Support for our sessions during the week. There will also be a monthly repair café for any small electricals and clothing on Saturdays. Support from organisations like Citizens Advice make a lasting impact on the lives of customers.Recent Story
After a back injury and not being able to resit my work qualification, I fell on hard times and became unemployed. The Food Shop, helped me to receive vital food and prayer and support along with the Citizens advice of Sutton. I have now managed to get my qualifications renewed after passing the examination. I have now started working. I would like to thank the Community Food Shop and Citizens advice for their help and support.
Coming Up
We will be holding our annual Spring Hug in May. This event provides additional support for people who access our food projects or are in emergency accommodation. We partner with River Church and Sutton Council housing team to deliver this. We do not need any second-hand donations, but if you’d like to support our work, please click here.
