Street Pastor Sunday
Our wonderful team of Street Pastors celebrated Street Pastor Sunday by sharing about the valuable volunteering work that they do with their various churches around the borough. It was a brilliant opportunity to share and inspire.
Team Time
We recently had our Street Pastors Summer team time at Stayton House. Thanks go to Phil Brookes, Vicar of Christ Church in Sutton, for his devotional.
Thanks also go to Libby Arnold at Sutton Vineyard Church for facilitating a really helpful session on listening- a core skill for the work we do.
The team enjoyed a great BBQ afterwards too at Ian & Cathy’s home with wonderful sunshine!
Church Visits
We continue to visit local churches around the London Borough of Sutton. We share the work of Sutton Street Pastors alongside the other projects at Sutton Community Works.
We are so thankful for the support from our local churches through so many different ways – volunteers, prayer and donations.
